  I came in on a slow day, only one other person in line. Store was nearly empty. I ordered a large meal. I then asked for some extra cheese sauce in a container. The girl said that's fine. Then the meal comes, it's a regular size meal. I said I ordered a large, the girl rolls her eyes and says "no you specifically said medium". I ask where the cheese sauce is. She said its in the bag. I look in the bag, it's not there. Then she ACTUALLY says I didn't ask for extra sauce and they don't do it anyway. What the hell? And of course the sandwich is cold and the cheese was never even melted on it. Extraordinarily terrible place.

  We came on a Monday for a late night ice cream sundae but the place was severely understaffed. The only staff at the counter was obviously stretched and was a bit grumpy. We tried our best to appreciate her service and I think that made her smile.
